If you value your time, money, and dignity, I would stress that you take your business elsewhere. I have never felt as belittled, disrespected, and insulted as I did yesterday when I purchased a vehicl stress that you take your business elsewhere. I had narrowed my search down to two vehicles, and I was very interested in the vehicle at Audi Grapevine. I asked sales person Syed Rahman to give me an out the door price sheet on the vehicle. He did so. I wasn’t very excited about the price and so I asked to see his sales manager Justin Guo, so that I could make a counter offer. From the moment he came over to our desk, he was full of pride and cockiness. He would absolutely not budge at all on the price because he said his manager “fat fingered” the price point 3 times, and that the vehicle was in fact supposed to $5k more than what was listed. He said he would honor the price on the sheet because it was their mistake. Now mind you, I had not once been told that the price was an error, but yet he attempted to play hard card and tell me that Monday it was going right back up $5k extra. I asked if he could speak to his manager about any wiggle room on the price and he quickly and abruptly said, “no, not at all. I am the manager.” I asked him to get in touch with his superior and he said that he was on a beach somewhere and would not like to be interrupted. Sure, at that point we were getting nowhere, but I wanted the vehicle and already had a approved loan ready for the amount. He then said that he would not accept my bank because they have had issues with banks paying out. Well that was a lie, because he simply wanted to earn an incentive on using his dealer financing. How do I know this? Well he was so bold as to tell me to my face and to my loan officer that he did not want to lose out on a $1k incentive by going with my bank, and that the only way he would do business with me today was by using his bank. Are you serious??? What sort of customer service is this? His $1k incentive has absolutely nothing to do with me. And I was a buying customer! He said that he and his superior would be ok with allowing my business to walk out the door due to his greed and arrogance of receiving a incentive. In the end, my hand was forced to go with his financing and I purchased the vehicle, because I really liked it. But I would encourage you to take your dignity and hard earned money to another Audi dealership in the DFW metroplex. Justin will continuously tell you that he “works for you”, but will repeatedly decline and say no to any and every ask. I was constantly insulted and lied to! I was told Monday that I would be hearing from Christopher Chiv or Pedro Palenzuela, and instead they had Justin Guo call me and continue to again tell me there would be no resolution!! I am starting to believe that as a customer, you are only a number to them and a joke! I will NOT, be purchasing from them again, and I will most definitely NOT recommend any of my friends, family members, work peers to Syed Rahman, Justin Guo, his superior, or Audi Grapevine!! More
When I called to schedule to maintenance I asked it they provided loan cars or pickup and drop off service and was told “no”. The next day I get an email from the dealership saying they offered both! (Strike One) I texted my service advisor and asked how could I secure this for my next visit, no reply (Strike Two). Very disappointed in being told they didn’t provide yet they advertise they offer both and then not reply to my text which is the way they preferred to communicate More
First service since purchase. Excellent experience with a couple of minor inconveniences. Windshield fluid was missed for a refill and there was no courtesy vehicle.
