My Experience could not have been better from start to finish. I reached out to Audi Grapevine from South Florida As an out of state buyer on a pre-owned 2020 Audi. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Aspen Sqyures, she was very attentive, knowledgable and even though I wasn’t in the showroom I could tell I was a priority to her. Within minutes I had detailed pictures, information, a Car fax and pricing on the vehicle I was interested in. The next day I spoke with Jake Kaufman the finance manager and Chris Pate the Sales Manager, Chris helped finalize the numbers and Jake Kaufman secured my approval. Jake stayed an hour late the secured my financing going over all of the options I had available to me in the way of an Extended Service Contract, Maintenance Plan, and a Road Hazard Policy. Chris then set up the transportation/shipping of the vehicle (thanks again for that Chris) And after the deal was done I had updates from Aspen and Jake with the status of delivery to South Florida, Aspen even sent me pictures of it being loaded onto the transportation truck! I can’t thank Aspen, Chris and Jake and the rest of the Team at Audi Grapevine enough for the best car buying experience to date and for true professionalism from start to finish.
