When I called the service department to make an appointment, the service advisor was surly and unpleasant. In person, they were very nice. I got an oil change by appointment and it took over an h appointment, the service advisor was surly and unpleasant. In person, they were very nice. I got an oil change by appointment and it took over an hour and a half. The advisor said "it was quick and that it normally required closer to three hours". I thought that was a ridiculously long time for an oil change by appointment. More
