Terrible experience! Misinformation about the price throughout the conversation. 2020 Mercedes E350 was offered for $36,000.00 on Cars.com by the Audi Dealer. Called aro Misinformation about the price throughout the conversation. 2020 Mercedes E350 was offered for $36,000.00 on Cars.com by the Audi Dealer. Called around 5.00 pm on 12.31.2022 to check on the availability of the car and they confirmed that it was available. Set an appointment to view the car for Monday at 11.30pm. Monday morning I called to confirm the address and at that time they informed me that the subject auto was sold that morning at 9.30am. Two days later they informed me that the same auto was still available and confirmed that it was the same price of $36000.00. I picked up my wife from her work and half way to the dealership received a text message that they have made a mistake and the price of the car was $39,000.00. We turned around and drove back home. Decided not to pursue with this dealer anymore. Just wondering how did they have managed to get a five star rating when our whole experience was so horrible and shameful. More

Really liked that there were no problems getting appointment. Concerned that the problem of no heat could not be duplicated. I was not pleased with traveling with no heat in the winter for over a we appointment. Concerned that the problem of no heat could not be duplicated. I was not pleased with traveling with no heat in the winter for over a week while temperatures were below freezing. Overall the dealership has been outstanding. I live out of town so not having a loaner car is a downer, as this was a large selling point when I made the purchase. More

Poor poor communication. No loan vehicle program. Service is insanely backed up. You name it, this dealership does it poorly. Finally got them to commit to a date to diagnose No loan vehicle program. Service is insanely backed up. You name it, this dealership does it poorly. Finally got them to commit to a date to diagnose my vehicle for an issue one week out. Ok cool. Dropped the car off that morning stating I needed the repair looked at by end of day which they said wouldn’t be a problem for diagnosis. I Called them early evening and the vehicle hadn’t been looked at nor did they have a loaner for me to utilize so I had to go get the car in order to make it home as well as utilize it the following day for my job. I don’t WFH. No one offered an alternative nor worked with me on a solution. They all seemed to have a “sorry” no care attitude. I have other luxury cars that I work with local dealerships on service and the service is always top class. Loaners are never an issue. Never any excuses. Audi makes a great vehicle but what’s the point if you can’t rely on service or the ability to get around while they are looking or working on the vehicle. More
