I was interested in one of the used cars that this dealer offered. I found out that the car needed $3000-5000 in repairs and the dealer did not authorize the work so I decided to walk away. The next day I was texting a female manager that asked me about my visit. I told her that I was disappointed that the dealership knowingly tried to sell a vehicle that had problems. One of her co managers called me and started berating me and let me know that I was mistaken and didn’t understand how car dealers operated. He laid into me without letting me speak. I let him know that I was considering another vehicle on their lot, but that he ruined the sale by ranting about how I didn’t know what I was talking about. I would not recommend doing business with this dealer under any circumstances. More
