For a dealership that prides itself for customer service, I was disappointed upon delivery of my Q7 after service. The windshield had to be removed for access to a part, and after it was replaced, the glass I was disappointed upon delivery of my Q7 after service. The windshield had to be removed for access to a part, and after it was replaced, the glass was not cleaned nor was the dash. Once home, I got to remove tape adhesive from the outside, clean glass inside and out, and vacuum the dash. Thx for the exterior wash tho More
