Customer service is very bad, no respect. They do not stand on their word. I recently had an odd experience and ended up debating with them. I ordered a part from them and had it installed with them. It was a faulty part and they did not install it well. When I went back and complained about it, they have ordered a replacement part and I was said by one of the representatives that I will not be charged for that and will be taken care by them. I confirmed about it twice with them and they have given assurance at that time. Well later when I went to pickup my car after the service, I was asked to pay for replacement part and service. I ended up debating and the person was so disrespectful towards me, he asked me to sign a consent to release my car and I refused to sign because if I sign I will be responsible to pay that amount and when I started saying him that, he asked me to take his position and work there since I was questioning him. Instead of apologizing he acted like he is doing me a favor. I had a similar experience in the past and ended up paying $400 extra due to wrong information given to me over the phone by one of their representatives and started playing a blame game. More
