What a bunch of crooks. I sign up for a service plan that should last five years. They send me emails saying service is due. So they send the emails whenever they want, trick me into bringing my car in early (younger) {when it won't need maintenance} and now I'm told I'm out of maintenance. I thought it was unusual how much service I needed, but I'm using a luxury car dealer, didn't think I needed to become a shop planner / accountant with an add on service agreement. Recommend staying away from AUDI..!!!!!!! More
