Kelvin was top quality in customer service! He was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable. He went above my expectations and met all my needs. I waited an hour and a half to get a ride back ho He was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable. He went above my expectations and met all my needs. I waited an hour and a half to get a ride back home. You can’t do what you don’t have, but to wait an additional 30min because Megan is goofing around. Then I was not even acknowledged when in the car. It was so insulting. Purchasing a car experience was pleasant, but my last experience with the service department was not good. My service guy seemed put off. Mr. Torres is a great service advisor. My check engine light has come on repeatedly (four times in the past 7 months), which made me lose confidence in Audi cars and consider selling my car for good, as i light has come on repeatedly (four times in the past 7 months), which made me lose confidence in Audi cars and consider selling my car for good, as it already affects my life quality. My previous service visits were not very helpful, as I felt my former advisor did not follow up with me when the required parts for replacement arrived and overlooked the fact that my car had a repeated issue. However, this time, Mr. Torres addressed my concerns and offered me the option to schedule a thorough examination when I had time. I had a much better experience this time. More
