I was a walk-in yesterday—I had caught a nail in my tire and wanted to take care of it quickly. Keith Pitts got me checked-in and kept me informed during the entire process! He briefly went over the option plans, highlighting different scenarios I could consider related to my situation—with no pressure!! I recently visited Audi of Grapevine with my Nissan, hoping to have it repaired under warranty. While they were unable to perform the repair themselves due to Nissan's policy requiring warranty work to hoping to have it repaired under warranty.
