We had a great experience purchasing a car from Audi Grapevine from start to finish! Luis was personable, knowledgeable, available, and never pushy. Luis met with us twice and we really felt like he cared about us making the best decision for our situation. He was professional but also has a personal touch. Dax was friendly, competent, and honest throughout the finance portion. We never felt pushed or talked into anything. Finally, Varon was more than happy to meet with us to go over all the details of the car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and time efficient. He even tailored the meeting to my teen daughter going over safety features. I highly recommend this dealership as there employees are incredible. More

I waited three hours for an alignment . my advisor didnt manage my appointment well. The technician had my car on the lift the whole time .i asked for my car to be handwashed only ,my car wa my advisor didnt manage my appointment well. We took my A3 un for a blinker/reverse light issue. We were told it would take an hour for the estimate. While waiting we met Jeff, who was great,! We got the estimate and it was 673.00 and we're told We were told it would take an hour for the estimate. While waiting we met Jeff, who was great,! We got the estimate and it was 673.00 and we're told it the car wouldn't be done till 5. Then after being shuttle home which as a positive so we didn't have to hang out for 3.5 hours. I received a text that the left side wiring was bad and that it was 375.00. Not sure how one side with the same issue cost 300.00 less. So I called and was told it was due to two parts. And that the car would be done at around 515. At 6pm we got the car back. Now they did discount some of the labor because of some the difficulties. However the frustration and confusion and wait time left a bad taste. More
