The best of the best! We were an easy sell, we loved the car but we ended up loving the guys even more! When we picked up the car Jake Dozeman spent and hour teaching my wi We were an easy sell, we loved the car but we ended up loving the guys even more! When we picked up the car Jake Dozeman spent and hour teaching my wife all about the car. My wife was driving it home we weren't even 10 miles from the dealership when she hit a pot hole in the Glenwood Springs tunnel and blew out the tire. She couldn't pullover in the tunnel so she had to drive until she could find a shoulder. By then the tire was shredded and the rim was ruined. Chris Hamlin not only sent a tow truck to tow her in, he paid for the towing and split the bill for 4 new tires and a new rim! And they were not cheap! Glenwood Springs is a long way from Denver and their 4 dealerships but I would make that trek again! More

Jake is the most patient, kindest and down-to-earth salesman ever. He made our experience seamless and we really appreciated working with him. We initially considered going down to Denver; but Jake, Mike and Chris were so great, we'll never go down to Denver again. There was a horrible mudslide the day we decided to finally purchase, (you can tell the type of people they are) they brought food for all of their staff that couldn't get home due to the road conditions. Meanwhile, they spent some time with us while getting everything dialed in (even after they closed) and this was "the cherry on top," because it showed us that they are personable and that's when we knew we'd made the right decision to work with them. For someone who doesn't know much about cars, they explained everything perfectly and I am beyond satisfied with their staff and service. Mike, Chris and Jon are also your go-to if you're looking for a specific car, they will FIND it for you. Michael Sauve in Finance was honest & made us very comfortable as well, loved his diligence in reviewing everything to the T. The fabulous staff make this place hard to beat. Highly recommend. Don't feel the need to go down to Denver or anywhere when Audi-Glenwood Springs is your one-stop-shop! More
