Had a great experience working with Christian Joya-Castillon on a home delivery purchase. It was my first time buying a car sight-unseen. Christian was very responsive and helpful. I wouldn't Joya-Castillon on a home delivery purchase. It was my first time buying a car sight-unseen. Christian was very responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hestitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

I had a great experience with Glenwood Springs Audi and the salesperson, Christian. I came in to have my Audi serviced and ended up buying a new Audi that day. Christian drove my serviced car home. I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 from the Glenwood Springs dealership on 5/25/2018. As I live in Telluride, CO. over four hours from Glenwood Springs, the nearest Audi dealership, a major selling point was th dealership on 5/25/2018. As I live in Telluride, CO. over four hours from Glenwood Springs, the nearest Audi dealership, a major selling point was the valet service agreement. This included picking up & redelivering my car, while leaving me a loaner, while my car was being serviced. This worked well for four years. On 9/18 of this year, I called your service department to arrange to have my car serviced. The phone operator was unable to connect me with anyone in the service department, but told me if no one got back to me by noon the next day, I should call back. That was the first of four attempts with no one returning my call, despite being told that my request was being "escalated to the highest levels." Finally on 9/22, a woman, sensing my frustration, agreed to stay on the phone with me until she got an answer. When she came back, she informed me that the service agreement, which I had paid for, would no longer be honored. The best they would do for me was meet me at a Volkswagen dealership in Grand Junction, a 2 & 1/2 hour drive from Telluride, and there they would exchange my car for a loaner. On 10/9, I called the Glenwood Springs service department to confirm the appointment & get the address of the Volkswagen dealership. This particular employee (there has literally been a different person each time I've called!) told me the address was 100 Riverine Road. The next day, on the way to Grand Junction, it became clear that in fact this address we had been given was wrong. We once again called Glenwood Springs. Yet another person answered the phone & directed us to 651 Market Street in Grand Junction. When we arrived at the VW dealership, there was no one from Audi Glenwood Springs & no one at the Volkswagen dealership knew anything about the arrangement. More calls to Glenwood Springs, more phone operators, no responses. Finally, taking pity on us, the very kind service manager at VW Grand Junction called his counterpart at Audi Glenwood Springs and was told there was a "mix up" and no one would be coming and there would be no loaner. Realizing the difficult.situation we were in, and despite the fact that we were not VW customers, the service manager at VW generously offered to service my car while we waited. They extended every kindess to us, even washing my car for me. If only the people at Audi Glenwood Springs were half as considerate. This whole experience has been more than distasteful. The Audi brand is widely considered to be a luxury brand. However, as my experience has shown, luxury is not the dollar price of the product, but the quality of service. More
