Poor customer service My Audi Q5 has been recalled 3 times. The last time we brought it to the dealership’s service department for a recall they refused to reset the oil ch My Audi Q5 has been recalled 3 times. We had our oil change done locally since we live over an hour away and only the dealership can reset it. More
