I drive over an hour to get to your facility. Zac's understanding of my scheduling needs, the acquisition process of necessary parts and my particular preferences for how to work service needs into my busy life that makes Zac stand out. Not only is the service done correctly the first time, but Zac ensures I keep my travel time back and forth to a minimum. I have witnessed Zac interact with many different customers over the years when I stop in for service, Wow! Living in the Aspen area there are "expectations" some customers bring which push the limits. Zac gets how to work with such a broad spectrum of "expectations." This is an amazing ability he brings to the table at Audi Service. It compliments his excellence in understanding what the mechanics and parts dept needs maybe with the customer expectations. He goes the extra mile when possible to squeeze in the little thing I would otherwise need to return for when I drop in without an appointment. He will take the time to assess the issue and see if something likely needs to be ordered or is on hand in parts in sufficient quantity I won't be coming down to get something done only to need to return because a common part is out of stock or isn't so common and for certain will need to be replaced. His foresight in anticipating my needs goes above and beyond. More

Excellent,easy and confident with my sales associate. I am a previous VW owner and was interested in a Station Wagon. Called the dealership spoke to Kyle he made suggestions and introduced me to the VW A I am a previous VW owner and was interested in a Station Wagon. Called the dealership spoke to Kyle he made suggestions and introduced me to the VW Alltrack. I was not aware of this model and it’s great features. Unfortunately there was not one in stock that met my requirements. With in a day he had found the perfect car color and interior. The car was at another dealership they made a deal and secured the car for me. We made a deal and they were able to accommodate all my reasonable requests Love my new Alltrack!
