I had inquired about more information via their website and Jake got back to me quite quickly. He was able to answer all my questions right down to the sales tax based on our zip code. We were able to do most of the sale by email and phone and Jake was very easy and responsive the whole way through especially working with us to fit everything in our price range. When we arrived to pick up the car, he had it running with the AC on as it was a super hot day, and had all of our paperwork ready to go so we didn't have to spend the day at the car dealer with 2 small children. I happened to be passing through when I had a bit of "car trouble" and being extremely naive I stopped in at the dealership to see if they could help. The services side was closed but Chris was luckily still around to offer his help. I cannot say enough to show my appreciation to Chris and the rest of the team over there. They worked on my car for nearly an hour, free of charge, to help get me back on the road. They literally saved my weekend. I would highly recommend anyone with an Audi or shopping for Audi give them a chance. The hospitality alone is worth it! More

I mentioned I was looking for Sales and had a short conversation with him about a certain car I might drive up from Denver to see. He was accommodating in terms of schedule, not pushy at all and really knew the car, dealership and even had some great recommendations for kids activities in case we made the trip (thanks Chris, kid loved the alpine slide). The car: This dealership seems to only have great used luxury cars at really fair prices. My wife and I were amazed how much 'better' all aspects of their inventory seemed compared to the Denver Audi dealers. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with the demographic of the surrounding area, but I don't want to short change them; they choose great vehicles. The car I was interested in was in perfect shape, had all paperwork and was priced very fair. The offer on my trade was exactly what I was expecting and all pricing talks were easy. Yada yada. The best part of the whole experience though is how well you will be treated by every single person there. They really put Customer Experience on par with sales This felt so much less like a transaction and more like a discussion with a partner or peer. I am not in the market for another car yet, but when that time comes again, this will almost certainly be where I get my next car from. Best car buying experience I could imagine and the town is great to visit too. More

I wish to god I had read all these 1-star reviews before buying a VW from these thieves. These people knowingly sold me a lemon and hid 3 major problems with the car that showed up 10 weeks later and will cost over 1/2 the purchase price to repair. They told me if there were major issues that they would take care of me because the owner cares about their reputation. Well, Chris actually laughed at me and then yelled, "IT'S A USED CAR" when I told him I wanted to take them up on that. Perhaps they care so little because their reputation is already so tarred. The sales manager, Chris, is a dishonest, mean person who should learn some customer service skills. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY. It might save your life. More
