Christian was very helpful in taking me on a test ride and answering my questions about the operation and features on the used Q3 2024 that I purchased. I even called him after purchase with more questions that he kindly answered. To be honest he rest of your dealership operation is very poor. Jacqueline didn't know what she was doing and unresponsive answering my emails. Previously I tool my A4 2016 for service. That department was incompetent. It took them two days and many dollars later of replacing other parts that were working fine to figure out I needed a new fuel pump. Avon Auto knew this an hour after they checked car. My husband and I have purchased two previous Audis from Glenwood and always used your service. Never again. There are good dealers in Denver...Nancy smith More

It was great for my salesman to wait for me to be able to arrive from out of town and not try to pressure or rush anything even though it was late in the afternoon at the end of the week. Lordy, where to start. .. Purchased a Q4 eTron October 2022. Sprung for the $900+ service contract. 6 months or so later, our instrument display indicated that we needed ser .. Purchased a Q4 eTron October 2022. Sprung for the $900+ service contract. 6 months or so later, our instrument display indicated that we needed service. Called the service dept. Was informed that the 6000 miles we had on the car was not enough to warrant the service. Not sure of the date, but, as part of a recall and service visit for, I believe, side airbags, they turned off the service indicator. Again, unsure of what recalls were being fixed when, my visits with the service dept. were problematic. After waiting an entire morning for MMI firmware upgrade and firmware upgrade for the battery control module, they informed me that the download would take the rest of the day. Made arrangements to come back yet another day to finish up. March of 2024, received recall notice for 220 V. charging cable and reprogram charging unit. Charging cable is on back order. This past week I got a recall notice for the headlight control unit. (I know, I know... that's a lot of recalls...) Made an appt. with service writer to have the recall addressed and a service done (apparently, there were now enough miles on the car. The writer arranged for me to have a loaner as it was to be an all day affair. When I arrived the morning at 8:30, a different service writer informed me that the service had been done at the previous appt. and that the loaner car had to be returned by noon. Having already arranged by schedule around the original appt. parameters, I was forced to abandon ship and just take the car home. In comparison with other local service depts., their service is abysmal. I'm a retired auto tech who also spent time as a service writer and manager, and I would NEVER have treated a customer the way I was treated. I cannot, in any kind of good faith, recommend Glenwood Springs Audi. The superfluous $900+ service contract they talked me into is effectively useless. Don't sucker for it. And it boggles the mind that Glenwood Springs Audi would have me come in for a firmware upgrade, without already having the upgrade at the dealership, instead, having me come back another day. Audi itself deserves some of the blame, too... It's a strange paradox to own a car that I can locate and turn on the heat with my Apple Watch from thousands of miles away, but the same car requires a dealership visit for something so simple as a firmware upgrade. In a nutshell, I'm sorry to have to flame them this way, but, until they can do better, I cannot remotely recommend Glenwood Springs Audi for sales or service. More
Bought a Q5 Hybrid end of April. Worked for two days. Now can't charge. Have had the car at dealership x 2. The dealership has another, identical car on the lot, but can't trade my new but broken car for it without charging me. After complaining on Google, was told to call the GM. I tried calling him 4 times at two different dealerships. Crickets. Worst new car buying experience of my life. More

When I encountered some maintenance issues, Connor Hanlon stepped in and monitored the service process from arrival to pick up a few days later. I could not be happier with my experience so far. More
