Disappointment I have been an Audi owner and strong advocate for this brand. Since my first purchase I have never complained about anything regarding my experiences I have been an Audi owner and strong advocate for this brand. Since my first purchase I have never complained about anything regarding my experiences with Audi. This last experience was different. My service representative in this particular service I can only say, he was a complete gentleman, respectful, on top of the issues and I would give him a 5+ star rating. He is a great person to have represent this great automobile brand. That said, this is my 8th Audi since my first purchase and in as much as I am a very loyal Audi owner I must say that I am very disappointed with my most recent experience (not with my service rep) but with the final cost out of my pocket. I brought my car in for the same issue (my convertible top not working again) many times since my purchase only to have to bring it back again for the same reason. This last experience was , in past service repairs I was not charged as it was a warranty re-do and thus no charge. This time I was charged $85.00 for re-doing a recurring problem. Please understand that I am not complaining about the amount rather my complaint is that I am being charged for a problem that has NEVER been corrected since the beginning. When I questioned the charge after reporting the recurring issue with my top, I was informed that although it was true that this has been repaired more than 5 different time in the past for the top not working properly and each time was repair of just made to work again but, this was in fact a different issue altogether. Let me see, the top doesn't work again, this will be the 6th time it will come in for repair and it's a different issue that is wrong with my car? Needless to say, I feel that this is just a xx excuse to charge me for a repair that is recurring. The $85.00 was just the insult following an issue never actually repaired but only to put a band-aide rather than find the actual source of the problem. I am disappointed. My final statement is that my service representative at Audi has always been excellent and I hope that he does not get a mark against his record as he has been a great person to work with and he should be given accommodations for handling me as well as he did because it was obvious that this decision to xxxxxxxx me and take my money was not his decision. I gave a 5 star rating only because of the quality service I am always used to but, I am giving a 1 star for this bad decision made by this dealership. PS: All other experiences have been favorable even when something was not repaired correctly the first time. They always make correct. Shane is always on point and Juan was my first time working with him and he was excellent! More

Great service and quick I got in Abe 830 and they took me in right away. I was there for a recall on airbags and I ask if they can do a oil change and the said no problem. The service techs are always prompt and their attention to detail is appreciated. They tend to every need that my vehicle calls for in order for it to run at its highest performance. In add to business they all have such a great sense of humor that makes the guest feel like part of the family. I couldn't ask for a better dealer, service department and most if all staff. Very satisfied From the moment I arrived for my appointment staff were courteous and efficient and kept me informed of the time and tasks that would be performed. While the work was being performed I was free to roam the immaculate customer area and work at any of several sitting areas. Great service starts with a great advisor I had an early appointment, and Bryan, the service advisor was ready for me. Later in the day, he called me to let me what was going on, and to let me know that they the the recall part was in stock, so I would get my car back that day. When I picked up my car, he showed me some things about my car, and I was off. A day or so later, Bryan contacted me to see if everything was alright. Ask for Bryan when you get an appointment, I will for my next appointment. More
