Excellent Service I took my A4 in for the 35K service. Abel Lopez explained what would be performed for the service the week prior. When I arrived, Abel was with another customer and Hugo Gutierrez completed the check-in process. The process was efficient, courtesy vehicle pick-up was seamless, and Abel Lopez communicated updates on completion regularly. Overall great staff and service. More

Length of service time was not as confirmed I specifically asked for the maximum length of time for the appt as I drive from out of town. I was told 3 hours and 5 hours later it was done.
