I had a service appointment planned weeks in advanced. When I arrived I was informed I’d have to leave the car the whole day. Not during this last visit. It Was a complete waste of my time and travel disappointing. More

Tho my auto was delivered to you at 7am, the service was not completed until the following day?? When getting out of vehicle after pickup noticied HUGE pile of bird dung on convertible top and down side of not completed until the following day?? Had obviously happened after wash but had been there a while. Nothing about how car drives after service since out of state since picking it up. More
