Vehicle hood was painted in a previous visit and needed to bring vehicle back for protective coating. Made appointment but was postponed due to over booking and when vehicle was brought in for coating was to bring vehicle back for protective coating. Service was, for the most part, a good experience. However, I was not notified that my vehicle would have to be kept overnight until after 4:00 in the afternoon. I had a loaner vehicle and felt somewhat stranded, as if I drove it any more than the 20 mile maximum I was on the hook for the additional fuel - a policy I am not fond of.
