Out of town purchase, pleasantly surprised. My wife bought a pre-owned Audi RS5 from this dealership yesterday. We called in advance and indicated that we were interested in the car. The salesman that we dealt with was Jag, who was helpful and not overly aggressive or pushy, which is extremely welcome when you are purchasing a vehicle. He had the car set aside for us when we arrived. We drove from Los Angeles to buy the car, and we were understandably a bit nervous as it would have been a long drive for nothing if the car was not as advertised. Fortunately, the vehicle was exactly as it was described on the website, and it was a pleasure to behold in person. The price on the vehicle was very reasonable, and we didn't have to haggle on it at all. The entire purchase process took about 2 hours from start to finish. My only regret was that we didn't have the Audi Connect activated at the dealership, as this can be a bit of a pain to do after the fact. However, they were trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible, which I also was grateful for. All in all, we are extremely happy with the car, and would recommend this dealership and Jag to a friend if they were interested. More

I have never been treated so well while taking my car in for a routine service. There was a scratch on the side of my car that made me sad. I thought I would have to go through a difficult process to get for a routine service. There was a scratch on the side of my car that made me sad. When I got my car back it looked as though there had never been a scratch there. I was very happy. More
