Having bought and then later serviced my Audi S6 there for years, first time bringing in my 2014 911 S Carrera into the shop for service. Service Tech Shane Atkins provided a thorough review of the work to be done and suggested further service based on the age of the vehicle and the fact that I had purchased it used. In addition, the customer waiting area makes you feel like your in an eclectic modern theater/cafe more than it is a showroom, with plenty of Porsche and Audi eye candy to entertain (be sure to check out the upstairs for some classics). Staff is busy, addressing customers and offering a foamy espresso and treats from the Euro self serve coffee bar. Friendly and not pushy, even if you are just blissfully walking around taking it all in. You indeed get what you pay for.......great service thanks! More

Treated like a rock star! I saw a Hummer advertised at Fresno Audi Porsche for under $20,000. I sent a message asking the dealer if it was available and got an immediate resp I saw a Hummer advertised at Fresno Audi Porsche for under $20,000. I sent a message asking the dealer if it was available and got an immediate response from Chris Williams. He answered every question I had and was so knowledgeable. I am located in the high desert and the dealership is located in Fresno. I drove 5 hours to Fresno and when I got there Chris was there waiting for me and began helping me immediately. Even though I was only buying a $20,000 car Chris treated me like I was buying one of their $400,000 cars, I was even given a full tank of gas! I have been buying cars all of my life and have never once received a full tank of gas from any other dealership. And because I couldn't drive the Hummer and the car I drove to Fresno in, they did another amazing thing.... they arranged to have my other car delivered back to me. This dealer ship is beautiful, the floors shine like glass. Gorgeous cars on display. Everyone at the dealership was great, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Fresno Porsche Audi to everyone, where ever you are located, they are worth the drive! Oh yes, Chris even called me to make sure I got home safely. More

Great service We had previously bought an Audi Q7 2015 that got totaled in a flood (water in the air intake). Our experience in 2015 with this dealship was excellen We had previously bought an Audi Q7 2015 that got totaled in a flood (water in the air intake). Our experience in 2015 with this dealship was excellent. We already knew we wanted to purchase another Audi from this same dealership. We brought the damaged car in to the audi dealer, coordinated with the insurance company (USAA), got it totaled, and got it removed from the dealer lot. This whole time, as I was dealing with insurance, getting the estimate and reimbursement, paying off the old car and using the extra equity as a down payment for the next car, it was made very easy by the dealer team and the Audi financial services. Audi Fresno allowed me to check out the new Q7 on the lot, place a hold on the car, apply for a loan, and basically drive off the lot in a way nicer version of the car that I had towed in only 2 weeks earlier. Space is always limited, and I was never pressured nor sent away. Adam Sosa helped me select the best car for our family. The loan department was as helpful as I remembered previously. All in all, another excellent experience. And I can't help but notice I see other folks I know from the Fresno area in the dealership looking at cars, purchasing cars, or getting some service. More
