Audi of Fresno did not like the company in which our extended warranty is through "they were difficult to work with," and my wife was told they will n Audi of Fresno did not like the company in which our extended warranty is through "they were difficult to work with," and my wife was told they will no longer work with our extended warranty on our Audi Q7. I guess "customer service" is only appropriate when everything goes smoothly for their service department. Better yet, I purchased the service package from them so I have to go back to them until this package expires! Thanks Audi of Fresno! Way to do what it takes for your customers!!! If I reacted this way, because something was a little more difficult than normal, I would just not have anything to do with anyone. More

Really great dealership Service is great here. I take the Audi in, grab a coffee, and walk around the second story where all the fast Porsche, McLaren's, Ferrari’s and othe Service is great here.
