We started our day being disappointed at several other dearle The experience from start to finish was excellent, it was a breath of fresh air for us. We started our day being disappointed at several other dearlerships. We had an appointment to see a used Audi and got there early. Instead of having to wait, sales person Dave Stevens stepped forward and took us. He went out of his way to get the car out of service as it had just come in and was being certified so we could test drive it. We were sold. The car had not completed the certification process yet so we arranged to pick it up the next weekend. Dave kept in contact with us during the week on the status so we knew that it would for sure be ready and no issues identified. When we picked it, it looked brand new and even had a big red bow on it. Dave took the time to teach us about the ends and out of the car before driving it off the lot.
