1st Service with Audi Fremont Wednesday, 9/18/19 was my first service appointment and experience with Audi Fremont. Upon arrival to the lot, I was greeted with a smile from a young Wednesday, 9/18/19 was my first service appointment and experience with Audi Fremont. Upon arrival to the lot, I was greeted with a smile from a young man whose name, unfortunately, I did not get. He was kind, respectful and professional as he directed me to the entry into the service department. Alfred, the Service Advisor was welcoming and friendly. He gave me a quick overview of the shopping nearby and informed me of the Audi shuttle service. Furthermore, he made sure the shuttle driver gave me his contact phone number, so I could call for transportation back to the dealership. In addition, Alfred informed me of the approximate time it would take to service my Q5. Further more, Alfred asked if, I would like to have the oil changed, since I was near the 1 year ownership of my Q5. Awesome Service especially since I leave in Fairfield!!! My only disappointment occurred when I was making my appointment with Jaslyn regarding the Q5 recall. I was told the service for the recall repair was not a regular service appointment and my pick up Valet service contract was not honored. My husband and I negotiated a contract with Audi Fremont to provide Valet service with a car driven to my home in Fairfield & picking up my Q5 for service with a return upon completion of the service. Jaslyn, put me on hold (I'm assuming talking with a Manager) and later told me the recall service did not qualify for Valet service. One of the reasons we negotiated this service was for health reasons and I did not disclose particulars. My husband and I are senior citizens and will look forward to the next opportunity Audi Fremont will honor our/their contract, providing Valet service to Fairfield. Thank you for your time. More

Worst customer experience ever. They will waste your time. When I called in and booked an appointment on my first visit to purchase a Q5 for my wife, there was a standstill in the lease payment of 25 dollars. When I called in and booked an appointment on my first visit to purchase a Q5 for my wife, there was a standstill in the lease payment of 25 dollars. I wasn't satisfied so I left and proceeded to purchase the vehicle at Audi Palo Alto. On my next visit to inquire about an R8, I called in to make an appointment. I was told the appointment was at 4:45pm with the GM. When I arrived, my appointment was not with the GM but rather Weis (I believe that's how you spell it) and Alex. Although both men were exceptional at their jobs, they were not the GM I was told I had my appointment scheduled with. I felt like my precious time was wasted just to get me in. Nonsense. Alex gave me his number and when I texted about some different scenarios based on finance/lease and down payment, the message that irritated me was when I was just asked to come in. I've already been in to the facility. I've already seen the vehicle. I don't need to be pressured into heading back into the facility if we cannot work on price. So now I have made the decision for the second time to purchase my Audi else where. Most likely Audi Palo Alto. If your telling customers they are scheduled with the GM then the appointment should be with the GM. Period. Stop wasting people's time. Time is money. Brandon sent out a feedback email to which I responded with my concerns. I did receive an email & phone call from Bob (GM) later but only after the fact. What irritated me even further was that Bob mentioned that he wasn't even in the building at the time I was told my appointment was scheduled with him. Seriously? So you lied just to get me in? Again, stop wasting your customers time. It's valuable. Time is money. Worst customer service ever. More
Happy w/ the service Love Fremont Audi compare to Palo Alto, Concord,& Livermore. I’ve been to all and Fremont Audi is the best out of all of them. Livermore was the worse Love Fremont Audi compare to Palo Alto, Concord,& Livermore. I’ve been to all and Fremont Audi is the best out of all of them. Livermore was the worse. They not people friendly. Alek was awesome- explaining things to me. I was in and out quick. Great service and I Thank you. More
