I had a dreadful customer service encounter while attempting to return my Audi Q3 at the Fremont Audi dealership for end of its lease term. My car was leased through US Bank, which assured me that I attempting to return my Audi Q3 at the Fremont Audi dealership for end of its lease term. My car was leased through US Bank, which assured me that I could return the vehicle at any Audi dealership without a hitch. However, the Fremont Audi dealership couldn't locate my car's VIN in their system to process the lease termination. Rather than resolving the issue themselves, they instructed me to contact US Bank. After spending two hours on the phone with both US Bank and their Dealer Support department, I was informed that the problem lies with the dealership, and they are fully obligated to accept the car and completing the lease return process. Louis Garcia, the manager in charge did not do enough to figure out the issues in their system but instead had me call US bank. I am sharing this review so people understand the dealership is more invested in making sales rather than supporting their customers. More

I lease a new Q4 ETron. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I had already been to the shop at Palo Alto Audi twice and San Jose Audi once. Neither of those dealerships would It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I had already been to the shop at Palo Alto Audi twice and San Jose Audi once. Neither of those dealerships would even try to dig into the problems my car was having. But your service guy that took all my info and the head guy over the department both listened to what I had to say and found my complaints verifiable. They actually spent the time to try to figure out what was going on with my car and then they dug in and did what they could to fix the majority of the problems. They worked with Audi engineers and got some answers. The tech guy at Palo Alto totally dismissed my complaints even when I showed him videos of that was happening in the car. San Jose heard one of the issues when he was with me but then said he couldn’t verify it. So I can’t thank the team in Fremont enough. I’m not keeping my car after the lease is up but the gentlemen I worked with helped me regain faith in Audi. Thanks. More

Since we live in Orange county we will be more inclined to use Fletcher Jones Audi facilities for services. What brought us to Fremont was the superior choice of new A5's on your website. Audi Fremont service is a shameful experience! They schedule the appointment for yearly maintenance and keep the car at the service center for over a week untouched claiming to be understaffed. Getting an alternative transport is also a big challenge from them. Not once have they provided me with a loaner vehicle. Earlier, they at least provided reimbursement for an enterprise car rental. But this time in June 23 they straight forward denied of that as well! I don't expect this kind of service from a reputed brand like Audi! More
