New Audi towed at 14,000miles! The towing company, chosen by “Audi Customer Care” damaged vehicle as I watched. Service person at Audi dealership promised to fix damage even scheduling date and time. Later he said, “No, all that is up to you to get fixed.” Hours on hold, paperwork, waiting for tow truck who did not come at the time frame Audi said they would. Audi service person also promised to schedule pickup. Two hours later, I finally took Uber to dealership. ‘Oh, he said. I meant to do that.” This is the single worst customer service experience concerning an automobile that I have ever had. More
