Today I took my Q8 for an oil change. The service advisor suggested I get my tires rotated also. I have 7k miles on my SUV. I had an appointment at 11;30 and to get an oil change & tir The service advisor suggested I get my tires rotated also. I have 7k miles on my SUV. I had an appointment at 11;30 and to get an oil change & tire rotation, it took it took 2-1/2 hours.. I had to wait way too long for the service. The advisor was nice & apologic. More
1.) I called after 2:30p, when my car should have been ready, and the staff didn’t know it had been dropped off at 6:45a that morning. 2.) My diesel did not meet the $69 special but I was told it “would be much more than that”. After the service, I was then priced out at $220 dollars. When I shared my concern, it was reduced to $150. STILL not close to $69. 3.) Lastly, the special said fluids would be checked which did not happen because I drove off the lot with an ‘Add Blue’ light on. 4.) I have always received a car was, and I didn’t receive a car wash. What in the world is going on? I was quoted for front brakes, rear brakes and bushings. I am deeply concerned and I am not sure I’ll be getting that done at Audi FTW. More

This was my first visit to Audi in the Fort Worth/Benbrook area. My Q5 broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. We spoke with Sherry Parker who efficiently handled our car once it arrived. She provided timely updates letting us know the problem was due to a defective coolant issue and that parts were ordered, and when our car was repaired. Audi shuttle driver Bryan picked me up and drove me to the dealership to retrieve my car. Bryan sent me texts with an ETA. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. I was very impressed with the customer service I received! Thank you. More
