Ability to get my car in quickly and the drop off was easy. However, although we brought it in for them to look at 2 things, an estimate came back for 9 different things at almost $8000. I was easily easy. However, although we brought it in for them to look at 2 things, an estimate came back for 9 different things at almost $8000. I was easily able to accept or decline services however I called and texted multiple times to request a call back that was never replied to. I ended up having to call the main number and ask someone random to clear it up for me. Picking up the vehicle was a different story. We walked in and were standing patiently for someone to greet us. A worker that is a lot attendant asked us what we were there for, grabbed our keys to go get the car, and told her someone would be with us soon. He had time to go to the lot, find the car, bring it back, and came in to ask us if anybody had helped us yet. He then walked over to someone sitting there doing nothing and asked her to please help which she quickly and kindly came to help us. That specific employee was having a small issue with the system so she asked someone else for help. It is then when I noticed that there were two men, one of them named Michael, that had been sitting at the desks and not helped us or acknowledged us at all while we had been standing there for 10 minutes. I said something out loud to him and the original employee apologized on his behalf. He said nothing to me. Then while I was standing there paying, more employees were walking all around us and one bumped against me fairly hard. He said sorry, but kept walking and said it without looking at me and carried on with his conversation with a fellow employee. Maybe I was just irritated about having been standing there and ignored. However, I will say that the service department included an inside and outside detail, and an update to the display screen for free which we appreciated. More
