Even your reply makes this experience worse. First of all, the pictures you refer to are mine — the same photos I sent to your service department. You never provided any photos proving the damage existed beforehand. If such photos truly existed, they would have been shared with me. Second, I pointed out the paint damage before even driving the car off your lot. I also found the broken interior part and texted that to your department — it’s clearly visible in the photo, right next to the windshield area where your team performed the repair. That part of the car was disassembled during the service, so it’s unreasonable to suggest the damage was preexisting. I also want to clarify that there were other minor paint imperfections on the car before the service, which I did not mention — if I wanted to exaggerate, I could have. Instead, I only raised the specific new damage caused during the repair. Your colleague did tell me he ordered a paint pen, which I appreciate, but the overall handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing. Normally, when a customer raises a legitimate concern, reputable dealerships focus on resolution, not denial. Unfortunately, your response shows a lack of accountability and professionalism that does not reflect the Audi brand I’ve experienced elsewhere.
