I brought in my 2017 Audi Q7 for issues with my front and tail lights. Upon diagnostics, the front lamps needed to be replaced completely. Shopped around at several different dealerships to try and get a fair valuation for my trade in. Other places consistently gave me low ball offers in an effort to rip me off. Audi Fort Washington immediately gave me a relatively fair offer, and even when they noticed a couple of issues with my trade in that I hadn't know about prior, they didn't change their offer. On top of that, the car I ended up buying was priced incredibly fairly and is in even better condition than I expected. The sales team was incredibly kind and even stayed an hour and a half passed their close time to finish the sale with me so I wouldn't have to drive the long distance again the next day. Could not have been more impressed with my experience here, would highly recommend. More
