Last week I brought our 2018 Audi A4 in for a recall. Our Service Rep. Mike K. has always been awesome. My issue is with the "Loaner Vehicle" policy. The Loaner Representative asked me for my insurance c Our Service Rep. Mike K. has always been awesome. My issue is with the "Loaner Vehicle" policy. The Loaner Representative asked me for my insurance card and a Credit Card. I asked "why a credit card?" and she said its a new policy started 6 weeks ago. I give her my credit card and they put a $200 hold on it which sounded reasonable to me (bad decision on my part). The Loaner Rep. and I do a walk around the loaner noting and damage. There was right front end damage that she previously noted and I pointed out some lower bumper damage which she photographed. Second mistake was I didn't pay attention to the wheels. I drove the car home and parked it in my driveway. The car sat there until the next day when I retuned it. We're talking about maybe 30 miles and 14 hours of having the loaner. As they "check in" the loaner she pointed out a small wheel scratch (maybe 1.5 inches). I explained that I was nowhere near a curb and barely drove the loaner, the damage must have been there from a previous driver. The Service Manager came and inspected the wheel and insisted it was fresh damage. I guess they receive special training on the aluminum aging process. Anyway later that day I get a call that the repair would $150 out of my $200 credit card hold. I called the Service Manager (got voice mail) to challenge the charge and requested pictures of the damaged wheel. No call back and no pictures. Lessons learned that day: 1. Thoroughly inspect your Loaner and photograph, 2. Don't allow any hold on your credit card, It's worth noting that I have always had a positive experience at Audi Fort Washington, especially with the professionalism and knowledge of my Service Rep. Mike K. but this recent experience has me questioning my future service needs. More
I have purchased many cars in my life but I have never had the warm friendly, no pressure experience before!! I can’t say enough accolades about everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist, sale had the warm friendly, no pressure experience before!! I can’t say enough accolades about everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist, salesmen, and finance office. I adore Victor Rivera!!! He walked me through EVERYTHING from car features, comparisons between the models, competition prices, service, warranty, etc etc. He kept me abreast of the status of the sale from start to finish. I truly may never buy a car from anywhere else!!! As I tell my friends with Audis, I finally drank the kool-aid!!! I see the light and I had to have one too!!!!! More
Everything about this dealership from the service staff to the customer service rep to the person who washed the car was exemplary. I've been to other luxury dealerships and this one surpassed them in eve to the customer service rep to the person who washed the car was exemplary. I have been an Audi owner for over 11 years spanning three different Audi’s with Audi Fort Washington and have continually been disappointed at the quality of service and handling of service issues at t three different Audi’s with Audi Fort Washington and have continually been disappointed at the quality of service and handling of service issues at this dealership. Ever since they have moved to Fort Washington this dealer has made too many service maintenance mistakes and what makes it frustrating is that they are not accountable and continually push back with excuses. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this dealer clearly does not value long-term Audi owners. I could go on and rant citing several frustrating encounters with the Service Advisor and Service Manager. It has become more prevalent when our Audi was out of warranty. Be sure to familiarize yourself with warranty coverages and make sure they don’t take you down a path of incessant troubleshooting charges to confirm issues leading to a simple diagnosis but costly repairs. Clearly some of their service technicians lack experience. A ‘new’ Audi owner would not even question this so long as parts and labor are covered under warranty, but owners should not be taken down that path with no recourse feeling I was taken advantage of. The final issue was the fact that you didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience to me when I had to come back to the dealer the next day so that my coolant level could be topped off to proper level after replacing the water pump. Really disappointed Audi Fort Washington! More
As a 1st time Audi buyer, I would like to say that you have made a customer for LIFE. Alex and I the gentleman from document signing (I think it was John, but I could be wrong) are class acts. Audi Fort Washington made my first luxury car buying experience a special one. I had many questions going in and they were all answered. I would recommend Audi Fort Washington as the first place to stop if you are looking for a dealer that treats their customers respectfully, fairly and honestly. More
