Samantha was great, coordinating a Lyft to and from my work, so that I could leave the vehicle for service. Not thrilled to be 'upsold' wiper blades at $200 (front and back) that I didn't really need, but work, so that I could leave the vehicle for service. I bought an A8 without driving it and had is shipped and had asked Abbas to make sure that there were no issues- outside or inside and was assured there were none. . The car was delivered with a broken speaker cover( a piece of it has been broken and it is easily visible) on the front passenger side and I asked Abbas to look into it and provided picture of it. No response after a few reminders. It took 2 months and numerous emails and phone calls to try to get the title. At the end I had to go to the BMV and get a duplicate title and plates and then I received the ones from the dealership - which were useless at that stage. More
Oil leak was not fixed first time when they charged me $1,777. Now they are giving me run around to fix oil leak rather than do a better job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Now I am supposed to keep driving the car until the ‘add oil’ lamp comes on and quicker bring the car to the dealership without adding oil. So I cannot drive the car beyond a 25 to 50 mile radius. That is not fair to me. More
