My Service Advisor, actually the Assistant Service Manager, Jerrick, did a fantastic job at taking care of me for my first scheduled maintenance. When determine that 3 recalls were suggested he made s Manager, Jerrick, did a fantastic job at taking care of me for my first scheduled maintenance. When determine that 3 recalls were suggested he made sure to get me a loaner so I could carry on with my day. Tire rotation was a bit more than I would pay at my tire shop but was within value as I didn’t have to go elsewhere. Only feedback is that the car wash, while appreciated, was not that great. All in all, great communication and understanding by Jerrick. He gets an A+. While this dealership is not the closest to my home nor where I leased this vehicle, as long as Jerrick is my go to, I will be back. Thank you. More

I had to buy an AudiCare Service but I had understood from a previous talk with the Service Manager that up to 4/50,000 or 11/23/2021 any manufacturing defect was covered and up to 12/12 the wiper blades from a previous talk with the Service Manager that up to 4/50,000 or 11/23/2021 any manufacturing defect was covered and up to 12/12 the wiper blades. Then, the CPO warranty extended the coverture except accessories, batteries, tire and wiper blades, but I had to pay the coolant flush and new coolant plus an expensive tires rotation. Also, the car was not washed. I do give five stars to the service department because I felt the car very smooth to drive and very silent after the service, More
