My vehicle has been in twice due to warranty issues and both times she has kept me apprised on where my vehicle is in the process, what is being done, etc. Nicole is professional, knowledgable ~ she explained everything to me; what is being done to correct issues. Nicole provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly and knows her stuff! I have referred her to several of my friends who drive Audi's so she can assist them. The number of stars for the center is not based on the department itself or the work performed on the vehicle. It has more to do with the level of customer service received. The previously assigned service advisor left the dealership and it is a shame to have lost him. The level of customer service I received was a 180-degree difference - from a 10 to a 1. I will be requesting that my account be transferred to another advisor. Unfortunately, the actions or inactions of advisors will inevitably affect the rating of the center - the weakest link's ability to lower the department's overall rating. Advisors ARE the face of the department. More
