Went in for a scheduled maintenance, recall, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Everyone (Jerrick and Karina) were very professional and friendly. Only negative was no loaner car. I made an appointment for 10 AM regarding the airbag recall. Did not get my car until 3:30. I should have been told that it would take most of the day. Drove in without an appointment with some electrical problems. The service rep looked up my 2018 Q5 and told me that there are some recalls that may solve the problem. That was great news to.me as the problems. The service rep looked up my 2018 Q5 and told me that there are some recalls that may solve the problem. That was great news to.me as the warrantee is no longer in effect. He said they would handle it that day and offered me a ride home. About three hours later, they called and said my car was ready and my ride back was on the way. No charge! Wow. More
