First time since bought car there. Fixed non working Speed Control. DID NOT FIX RADIO WHICH HAD SCREEN PROMPTS THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING , bring to dealership.. Brought in car at 10:15, Fixed non working Speed Control. DID NOT FIX RADIO WHICH HAD SCREEN PROMPTS THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING , bring to dealership.. Brought in car at 10:15, said 2 hrs. gave service my cell and went to wait in coffee lounge upstairs. Was there until I came down at 4:30. Service rep left at 12.noon, never called to let me know car progress. Speed control fixed well. 2 days later screen came on WITH SAME RADIO Warning to have dealer repair !!! Called to speak with device supervisor, never received return call Worst service and follow up I have ever had for a new car. Seriously doubt Ft Laud. Audi cares about customer service based upon my experience. ( When I did come down, young gal rep was apologetic and had service repair man explain that whole 3 shifters had to be replaced at one time…extremely helpful and courteous! It is truly sad that I had to wait upstairs alone with no feedback on my cars repair progress earlier! More

Friendly service at the front counter but o had to bring my car back twice after a service call due to low oil (which should have been topped up) and the MMS system needing to be updated. Very friendly, efficient, polite and well-spoken. She got my car in and out of service fast. She's a pleasure to have as a service tech. I can't rate Eric Palmer (below request) as I don' believe I've ever met him. I will say yes to recommending this service center as they are improving. Last visit I would have said no. More
Karina was so friendly and accommodating. I was in for a recall item and they checked my tire pressure because the light was on. They filled all my tires because they were low. I was there for a recall. Upon speaking with the representative I advised that my oil may be low and if so to please change the oil. I was advised that I would get a call if same was necessary. I was also told that my fluids would be topped off. A week later, my change oil light activated as did my windshield fluid light. This all could’ve been done at the same time. I’m pretty disappointed that this was not and I have to come back again More
