I was met as soon as I arrived at the Fort Lauderdale dealership service department past Saturday April 30, 2022. The agent informed me there was an additional recall besides the one I knew about. I requested two weeks prior a loaner but was negated although my contract states I would be given one if an appointment was made in advance. I have had several Audis. This is the third recall since leasing this Q5. COVID, semi conductor chips, and supply issues are negatively influencing our daily lives but I may re think auto brands when the lease expires to a brand that offers loaners and has less recall issues that have caused me so far to reschedule my plans three half days. More
