Karina was courteous and explained the details of what was involved with the 2 recalls. I had scheduled the appointment for 10:00 am and was told it would be approximately 4 hour to complete, when I was v was involved with the 2 recalls. I had scheduled the appointment for 10:00 am and was told it would be approximately 4 hour to complete, when I was verbally told it would be 2 hours (when I first scheduled) and was willing to wait at the dealership. Upon hearing 4 hours, Karina set up a LYFT ride to take me home. I called back several hours later to find out the status and was told that only 1 (took approximately 15 minutes) of the 2 recalls was complete as the other one would not be completed since a part was not available I was given the option to pick up my car or leave to for the next day...which I did. It would have been nice if I had been notified prior to coming in at 10:00 am that the work would not be completed as I was w/o my car for 2 days. More
