The tech that worked on my car even got on the phone with me and explained what he found and what needed to be done to repair. And patiently answered all my questions. Audi FTLD even worked with Audi USA to help mitigate the cost of my repairs as a Good Will gesture for my many years as a loyal Audi customer. Audi FTLD will now be my GoTo dealership for all service and new Audi vehicle purchases going forward. More
