From the moment I called Audi Fort Lauderdale when I was considering buying an Audi the customer service from the dealership manager was excellent. I purchased my 2021 Audi Q3 in December 2020 and have bee considering buying an Audi the customer service from the dealership manager was excellent. I purchased my 2021 Audi Q3 in December 2020 and have been extremely pleased with the service I receive. I am a real estate broker and I work in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties; so I drive a lot. I bring my car in once a month to check my tires, fluids, etc. My service representative Jerrick is great. He listens, responds promptly and is very thorough with any service required for my car. I am so happy with my Audi and very glad that I purchased my car at Audi Fort Lauderdale. I plan to continue going to Audi Fort Lauderdale when I decide to purchase another Audi. My sales person is not at Fort Lauderdale any longer; so I am not able to provide a rating for the sales dept. More
Jarek was terrific. He told me what was to be done; told me how long it would take; and offered me an Uber to take me home and then bring me back to pick up the car. I also had a great chat with my salesman, Frank, and am considering turning my car in early for an electric car. I am not ready to do that yet, but I can tell you that it will be an Audi for sure. The last two times over picked my car up, the fluid levels were not toppled up, the car came back dirty (half cleaned) even though I was told they would take special care due poor past experience. Maybe it was just a coincidence, I hope that the quality control is better. I didn’t spend well over 100 thousand for a car to get sub par service. More
