Claimed a battery was dead, it wasn't. Didn't fix the problem I had but charged me still and straight up lied about problem was fixed. My car had to be towed in because it wouldn’t start. The tow truck driver could start it with The key when he dropped it off at the dealer. Dealer was unable to find any reason why the car had to be tow The tow truck driver could start it with The key when he dropped it off at the dealer. Dealer was unable to find any reason why the car had to be towed for not starting. I guess it’s just one of those things that nobody really understands and this complicated electronics today. The dealership was very nice and dealing with it. More
