The place was tooo packed with vehicles and people. I was angry becuase my 2 year old A6 already needed a new battery. But I must say Cristina Arguello was wonderful and helped me out quite a bit. To whom it may concern, from day 1 Ft. Lauderdale Audi had treated me with the best customer service I've been a customer for the past 5 years and from Abbas my sales rep who goes above and Lauderdale Audi had treated me with the best customer service I've been a customer for the past 5 years and from Abbas my sales rep who goes above and beyond to make sure not only that am happy with my purchase but that the transition from purchase to finance to repairs is beyond smooth. And from Henry in service that from day 1 has beyond extended himself his own role to assist me beyond any repairs to issues with manufacturer problems to resolving previous lease to current ownership. Always there to make sure all is taken care off by the right individuals and beyond. I live over 3 hours away now and I still rather come back to these type of customer service and guys, they are truly beyond the best. Thank you for everything!! More
