He was knowledgeable about every car I had questions about and could interpret my medial sense of cars into a real car with the options I was looking for. It wound up being an Audi A6 and I LOVE it. Louis did not pressure me or try to force prices nor cars on me. He was a gentleman and simply told me the facts and helped me get the car of my dreams. I was very impressed with the every staff member in the building. Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted to talk to me. Compared to all other dealerships no one was pushy which I enjoyed. I felt like I could make up my mind on my own. Jon followed up with me day after day to make sure I was getting taken care of and that I loved the car. Sam the general manager wasn't just sitting behind a desk but he was mingling with all his customers and staff and was extremely friendly and very helpful. I also came back to get something added to my car and George took care of me and his customer service was a 20/10. He was one of the best Sales guys I have worked with in a long time.I overall had such a great experience with my first time at Audi and I would recommend anyone and everyone to the Audi in Ft Lauderdale.
