Even with a brand new car, sometimes there can be a problem. On the second day of driving our new Q7, we noticed that the front passenger seat belt was not retracting properly. Although we purchased our 2013 Q7 at Coral Springs Audi, the Lighthouse Point Audi dealership was closer and more convenient to our home. We met with Taylor Henry in the Lighthouse Point Audi service department and told her about the seat belt problem. She immediately arranged for a 2013 Q7 loaner and ordered the part. Taylor constantly kept us updated on the progress of getting a replacement. Because of the dealership providing a loaner and especially because of Taylor's interest, as well as her resourcefulness, we never felt very inconvenienced by the problem with our new Audi Q7. If there is one thing I don like, its car shopping! Ha...However the moment my husband and I entered this dealership, we felt a different feeling. Chris was our salesman and he was marvelous!! He was so patient with ME as I had SOO many questions. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time or that we werent valued customers. He treated us like we were royalty. Chris made such an impression on our 5 year old daughter, that she kept asking us to go back and visit him. Once we talked the numbers with Gabriel, he was just as marvelous as well. He made sure we understood all the paperwork acurately and thourghly before moving on. With the impression that most people have that car salesmen and managers at dealerships are just crooks, that wasnt the case here at AUDI lighthouse point! After weeks upon weeks of car shopping, these two men were by far the nicest people we have ever dealt with in all of our car shopping experiences. We will defiantly refer this dealership to many of our family and friends! Thanks to everyone at this AUDI dealership for making us so happy and in our new car:) More
Fantastic service from this great dealership! They were timely in finding the issue with my car and paid for my rental while they serviced the vehicle. I am on the road for work, so not having a car would have been more than an inconenience: it would have meant a monetary loss. They made sure they took care of me expeditiously, and worked with my schedule to get the car back. Other Audi dealers require you to schedule a loaner as much as two weeks in advance, which is not at all practical when an unforeseen problem arises. I especially liked the individualized attention I received from everyone. More
Owen was excellent! We really liked him and felt like he was really doing as much as he could for us, absolutely going the extra mile! We encountered problems with the sale when Ed, the sales manager, step was really doing as much as he could for us, absolutely going the extra mile! We encountered problems with the sale when Ed, the sales manager, stepped into the picture. Ed made some condescending comments and basically told us to leave if we thought we could do better at another dealership. We were just looking for a fair deal, we definitely weren't looking to be treated like that!! We did go to another dealership, Braman, who basically gave us the same deal but treated us with dignity. It may have been because we were women that he treated us like that. I'm not sure but I do know I would never do business with a store that treated women, or any customers for that matter, like that! More
Sold the car that I already worked a deal with salesman, filled out paperwork for and got insurance on to another customer!
