Beautiful new facility with continued great customer service This is my first time in the new service/dealership center. I used to take my car to the Lighthouse Point facility. WOW. I was very impressed with the every staff member in the building. Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted to talk to me. Compared to all other dealerships no one was pushy which I enjoyed. I felt like I could make up my mind on my own. Jon followed up with me day after day to make sure I was getting taken care of and that I loved the car. Sam the general manager wasn't just sitting behind a desk but he was mingling with all his customers and staff and was extremely friendly and very helpful. I also came back to get something added to my car and George took care of me and his customer service was a 20/10. He was one of the best Sales guys I have worked with in a long time.I overall had such a great experience with my first time at Audi and I would recommend anyone and everyone to the Audi in Ft Lauderdale.
