Big kicker... we purchased the car without ever putting our hands on it. You read right. We were out-of-state and purchased our car from them. We live in AL but were able to purchase our Audi in FL sight unseen due to the care and exceptional customer service they provided. Not one time did they make me feel like any questions that I asked was an off the wall question or too time consuming. Rather, they approach my every concern with care and consideration. Thanks for making what can be a stressful time to a fairly easy process even with us being out-of-town buyers. Being an out of town customer was less stressful with them compared to when I purchased my Lexus locally. I must say that when I purchase my next car, I am definitely contacting them. Audi Ft. Lauderdale-GREAT! I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman. Lauderdale---the exact opposite! They were welcoming at the door, salesman was quick to ask what I was looking for-and soon, was test driving a Q5. AVOID, You can't even trust their carfax reports!!! Sold me a 2013 Audi A6, showed me a clean carfax, and it was CPO. Sure they did...of course now I have a care worth $2-$4,000 less that what i Paid since it already has paintwork, and they want to paint more??? Refused to consider any other solution. They are liars at the very least, and probably criminals in my opinion. I sat in the dealership for 7 hours to get the paperwork done. They showed me the car dirty so I didn't see the flaws, and took so long to get it out of detailing that the dealership was closed and I was sitting on the pavement in the parking lot waiting for it to come out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! More

The staff was friendly, willing to listen, and negotiate. It was the most responsive and accomodating of the several dealerships I contacted. I appreciated the straightforward and no nonsense attitude of the personnel. Very rarely would a person hear that buying a car is an enjoyable experience. In this case it was an enjoyable experience.
