I felt as though I was dealing with family or a friend, and not a car salesman. The Dealership itself is well maintained (unlike others), which is also reflected in the quality of their cars. I purchased a certified used car and it was as though it were brand new. Some dealerships have you test drive cars that are still dirty inside, which is a BIG turnoff. I thought my car was already detailed and during the paperwork process they sent it to actually be detailed, which put the cherry on top. I drove away happy and confident with my purchase, which Bob and the team had a big influence on. My next Audi will be from Audi Ft. Lauderdale. More
