Great experience. Jimmy was polite and attentive. He fallowed through with my requests and communicated information throughout my sq5’s visit. He kept me informed by text, email and phone regarding the time needed to get parts and status of service. He then gave me a loaner and printed my estimate and explained the services to be done in a way for an older women to understand.
